At Central Florida Institute, your future is our business, and in turn, so is your career search preparation. Active job placement assistance is available to all graduates of Central Florida  Institute, but learning how to start a new career is more involved than just finding an open position.

Your instructors and Career Services Department are dedicated to the future success of each graduate. Your instructors are professional health care practitioners, and in addition to formal learning, they will prepare you for the "real world" activities you will be performing in the field. We train you to be successful!

Do you have any experience?

At Central Florida Institute, we make sure you have an answer to that question. You will participate in an externship program after completing the on-campus classroom and lab training. As an extern, you will be assigned to a hospital, doctor’s office, laboratory, or other medical/dental facility where you will continue to learn while on-the-job. The weeks of externship clinical training provide you with experience that can be listed on your resume. Additionally, many students find employment at the externship site were Career Services places them for their "real world" experience.

What you learn in class and on your externship will make you employable.  The Career Services Department of Central Florida Institute is available to assist you in making the transition from school to work.  Before you complete your classroom training, you will have the opportunity to work with the Career Services Department so that they will get to know you.  They will work with you on developing the professional skills that you will need to be successful.
